Biography:

Practicing attorney since 1980, Michael Messina is a member of the San Diego Criminal Defense Lawyers Club and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Extensive experience in criminal matters including rape, child molestation, drunk driving and serious drug cases.  Counselor Messina has been successful recently in sexually violent predator cases, winning 2 trials.  He is an experienced trial attorney in certain civil matters, serious accident cases, wrongful death and defending civil litigants.
